elderly people needs our help time need they cant do for themself they need our asstince,some has wear diaper they cant chane themself so need us help them feed them clean there house,bath them change when they needit, i think noone should be in a retirement home or nursing home, they bad place cse none cares for them they leave no family come see them, plus lot theses places people abuse them it so sad cse they cant defend there self sometimes nurses give wrong medices and they die from wrong care and medscine, you got becareful who is the employee person,they need good training ,good help that know what their doing.hope to know what you are doing care for theses medical things lol.
